March 1, 2013

Animal lover Leona Lewis has teamed up with The Body Shop for the products as their brand activist. The vegetarian singer has regularly voiced her views about the treatment of animals and has been a big supporter of an animal sanctuary in Brentwood, Essex.

Her limited edition range of make-up and fragrances – The Limited Edition Collection by Leona Lewis is available at selected stores from March 26(UK) & April 18(Singapore). She has also designed the packaging for the vegetarian-friendly range, which uses man-made musk.

As part of her role with the firm, the 2006 X Factor winner will be joining their campaign to end animal-testing globally, building on an European Union ban. She said: “I’m passionate about beauty and I’m all about animal rights. As a result, I’m really conscious of where the products that I use come from.”

To celebrate the partnership, the singer will also be holding an exclusive gig for fans which will be live-streamed on March 26. Follow The Body Shop on Facebook for more information.
